Our Junior Olympic Team Goals;

Oklahoma Gold Team Facility (USAG Womens JO Teams)

This facility is located 2 blocks away from our main gymnastics facility.  It's seperated from the main gym in order to create a more competitive environment for our more advanced athletes.

  • 13,500 sq. ft. state-of-the-art training facility
  • Fully air conditioned
  • Spacious parent viewing area
  • 2 full floor exercise tumbling floors
  • 40 ft. tumbling strip into resi pit
  • 50 ft. tumbl trak into a resi pit
  • 8 sets of uneven bars and bar training stations
  • Loose foam training pit for bars
  • 15 regulation balance beams with 2 low beam stations
  • 2 vault table stations, one into a resi pit

Oklahoma Gold Gymnastics Facility (USAG Mens Junior Olympic Teams)

This is our original facility located at 707 Centennial Blvd.  It's home to our Boys JO teams and is stocked with a variety of unique training apparatus.

  • 20,000 sq. ft. total space with approximately 8,000 sq. ft. dedicated to the Boys teams.
  • Fully air conditioned
  • Very large parent viewing area.
  • 1 floor exercise tumbling floor
  • 100 ft. rod tumbling strip into a resi and loose foam pit
  • 50 ft. inground tumbletrak into a losse foam pit
  • 3 competition pommel horses and 8 mushrooms
  • 3 ring towers, one over a loose foam pit
  • 1 vault table into a resi/loose foam pit
  • 3 competition series parallel bars, one with dismount into loose foam pit.
  • 1 competition series high bar over loose foam pit, and 2 adjustable High bars with straps capabilities
  • 5 inground trampolines with overhead spotting harness capabilities.
